Today, a presence on social media is an integral part of modern corporate communications. To protect the interests of the NORRES Baggerman Group while promoting dialogue with stakeholders, we provide our employees with clearly structured social media guidelines.
These guidelines define our goals, communication channels, and expectations when using social media, both internally and externally. They provide guidance for consistent, respectful, and brand-compliant communication on platforms such as LinkedIn, Xing, YouTube, and Facebook. Compliance with these guidelines is mandatory for all employees.
Whistleblowing policy
Fair and ethical conduct is a top priority for the NORRES Baggerman Group. That is why we are committed to transparency and adherence to high standards of corporate ethics. In this context, we have introduced a whistleblowing policy for the group.
This policy provides our employees with comprehensive information about our whistleblowing system and the associated procedures. Since the introduction of our whistleblowing tool, all employees have had the opportunity to report potentially illegal or unethical behavior anonymously or by name.
The system is an essential tool for minimizing risk and strengthening trust in our organization. It enables potential misconduct to be identified at an early stage and appropriate measures to be taken.
