Whistleblowing policy

Fair and ethical conduct is a top priority for the NORRES Baggerman Group. That is why we are committed to transparency and adherence to high standards of corporate ethics. In this context, we have introduced a whistleblowing policy for the group.

This policy provides our employees with comprehensive information about our whistleblowing system and the associated procedures. Since the introduction of our whistleblowing tool, all employees have had the opportunity to report potentially illegal or unethical behaviour anonymously or by name.

The system is an essential tool for minimising risk and strengthening trust in our organisation. It enables potential misconduct to be identified at an early stage and appropriate measures to be taken.
