Compliance of Norres Baggerman products

The EU regulation 1907/2006/EC (REACH) concerning the registration, evaluation, authorisation and restriction of chemicals entered into force on June 1, 2007.

As a manufacturer of products, our status in the supply chain is that of a 'downstream user'. We are not a manufacturer of substances, mixtures or blends and are therefore not subject to the pre-registration requirement.

We are aware of the REACH requirements and are involved in their implementation and review. This includes checking the current version of the candidate list and obtaining the relevant confirmations from our suppliers. To date, all our suppliers have confirmed the continued availability of raw materials, which means that the ability to supply our products is continuously guaranteed.

With regard to Article 33 of the REACH Regulation, we inform you that some of our products contain SVHC above 0.1% by mass according to the candidate list of 04 February 2026, which can be found in the table below and concerns the following substances:

Lead (CAS No. 7439-92-1) / EC No. 231-100-4

Nickel (CAS No. 7440-02-0) / EC No. 231-111-4

Triphenylphenol (CAS No. 3140-01-0)

According to the confirmations we have received from our sites, our other articles do not contain any SVHC in a declarable quantity that are included in the candidate list of 04 February 2026. Impurities are excluded from this.

We would like to point out that the hoses and fittings supplied by us have been manufactured for professional use. We assume that the specifications in accordance with the Industrial Safety Regulation § 6 ‘Basic protective measures for the use of work equipment’ are complied with.
