Suction hoses from Norres Baggerman are used in a wide variety of industries. Our range includes hoses made from Pre-PUR®, PVC, TPE, PE, EVA and silicone. We supply a complete range of suction hoses for transporting abrasive media, dust and gases.
The manufacturing process
We manufacture suction hoses as standard products in various designs and diameters, from different materials and in a wide range of versions.
In addition, we adapt the design and properties of the suction hoses to the requirements of our customers in close consultation with them. This enables us to offer you significant added value: we supply you with the optimum hose.
Product variability
Excellent abrasion resistance and high load-bearing capacity are fundamental product characteristics of extraction hoses. Norres Baggerman offers you the right suction hose for every application: for conveying food, for extracting wood dust, for smoke extraction or for conveying raw materials. In order to achieve a wide range of possible applications, we use different high-quality materials for our hoses. With our numerous established brands and hose designs, some of which are patented, we cover a very wide range of applications:
AIRDUC®
From the antistatic extraction hose AIRDUC® 350 to the super heavy-duty suction hose AIRDUC® 357, we offer you a wide range of AIRDUC® profile hoses, which are characterised by their high internal smoothness and flow-optimised profile shape. Depending on the area of application, you can also choose between a microbe- and hydrolysis-resistant as well as food-safe extraction hose (FOOD), an electrically conductive or antistatic suction hose (EC and AS), a high-temperature-resistant (HT) or a reinforced extraction hose (REINFORCED).
BARDUC®
The BARDUC® PVC 381 FOOD has a wall made of high-quality soft PVC and, thanks to its outstanding pressure, vacuum and peak pressure resistance as well as good resistance (alkalis, acids, chemicals, UV, ozone), is suitable for a wide range of industrial applications, especially for use in the food and pharmaceutical industries. Another suction hose from the BARDUC® series is the BARDUC® PUR-INOX 382 FOOD-AS with a wall made of premium ether polyurethane, which is particularly suitable for extracting and conveying foodstuffs due to its properties.
TIMBERDUC®
The flame-retardant and permanently antistatic TIMBERDUC® PUR 533 AS is particularly suitable for extracting wood dust in wood production and processing due to its characteristics.
NORPLAST®
Our NORPLAST® product range offers you a wide selection of suction hoses, available with a wall made of premium polyurethane (Pre-PUR®) or high-quality soft PVC. The suction hoses in the NORPLAST® product series are available with antistatic properties and with an earthing braid. The portfolio also includes lightweight hose types, such as the NORPLAST® PVC 383 or NORPLAST® PUR 385 AIRFLEX AS, as well as heavy-duty variants, such as the NORPLAST® PUR 387 ANTIABRASIVO® or NORPLAST® PVC 389 NAFTOIL BUNA.
EVA
The lightweight suction hose EVA 373 (or the variants EVA 373 AS (antistatic) and EVA 373 EC (electrically conductive)) is characterised by its resistance to being walked on and its buoyancy. Thanks to its properties, the EVA 373, with its eponymous ethylene vinyl acetate wall, is particularly suitable as a suction hose in industrial vacuum cleaners and for cleaning swimming pools.
Properties
For a suction hose to function optimally, it must be selected on the basis of its properties and the specific operating conditions. Key operating conditions include the medium to be transported, the pressure, external factors and, for example, the required bend radius.
In addition, standards and approvals play an important role in some industries. Hoses for the food and pharmaceutical industries are subject to strict regulations in this case. The extraction of abrasive solids such as dust, powder and fibres also requires high safety standards.
Antistatic / electrically conductive hoses
In accordance with the ATEX Directive and TRGS 727, hoses with electrostatic-dissipative or electrically conductive walls should be used when transporting flammable bulk materials and when operating in potentially explosive atmospheres to safely dissipate electrostatic charges.
Smooth interior
Many hoses have a very smooth inner surface, which means that they have a very high flow rate and the conveyed material is transported gently.
Abrasion-resistant
Norres Baggerman develops suction hoses made of Pre-PUR®. These are abrasion-resistant, particularly durable and achieve a long service life when conveying highly abrasive media.
Flame retardant
Suction hoses with flame retardant properties are flame retardant or self-extinguishing. They often also fall within a certain fire speed.
Coloring
Some suction hoses from our portfolio can be partially or completely colored – this depends on the properties of the respective hose type. Partial coloring offers the advantage that the conveying process can be observed.

Suction hoses are used in extraction systems. They are used in numerous industries, for example:

- on machines in the wood and plastics industries
- on municipal vehicles

We guarantee that products marked with the 24-hour or 48-hour symbol will be shipped within 24 or 48 hours. If we are unable to keep this promise, we will cover the shipping costs for the ordered goods.
