Norres Baggerman Group acquires Flexible Technologies (USA)

With the acquisition of the U.S.-based company Flexible Technologies, we are further expanding our international presence while also enhancing our technological expertise and manufacturing capabilities.

Flexible Technologies is a leading manufacturer of flexible hose and ducting solutions for the medical, industrial, and construction industries. The group includes the companies Hi-Tech Duravent, Hi-Tech Medical and Flexschlauch Produktions GmbH, with locations in the USA and Germany.
